Using method:

The perlite sand can reduce the heat radiation production, and reduce the elevation of temperature time. When the temperature reaches is ready for pouring, then removal of the slag layer from the furnace.

Our slag agent, is simple and convenient to use, is usually in the casting process for casting ladle filled after the product onto metal surface. Also in the electric furnace smelting, should be in the solution near the end of the liquid metal, released before spreading in the furnace of molten metal surface, surface to be singled out to slag. According to the premium amount of slag and the casting quality request, one ton of metal use 1-3kg. The slag agent for molten iron slag will be sprinkled on the surface of the molten metal. For hot metal pouring will cover layer with steel pick or remain in the liquid metal surface heat preservation, a ton of metal 1-2kg.
